CB Academy

If there is one thing that more than 60 years of history has taught us, it is that the extraordinary success of our machines comes largely from the quality of the products they are able to return. Simple but tasty dishes that are able to meet any need and generate, today just like in the past, sincere and universal appreciation.
It is to give greater visibility to all this that we have chosen to create the CB ACADEMY, a space dedicated to the CB Cooking Innovation series (LEONARDO, CHEF, CB² and MINILEO) where professionals in the catering industry and small and large retailers can discover and experience for themselves all the best that the world of cooking and preservation of hot food has to offer. Meals with customers, demonstrations of modulated infrared cooking and more. CB ACADEMY has been a unique reality right from the start able to contribute actively to the debate on culinary excellence and to host training courses where you can learn the secrets and versatile applications of CB machines.
