Mediterranean-style mussels with toasted bread and oregano
Mussels, bread, olive oil, basil, capers, cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives
PREPARATION OF THE MUSSELS
Start by washing the mussels on the outside.
Then, cut the cherry tomatoes and mix them with the capers, Taggiasca olives and basil in a bowl.
Finally, put everything into a thermic cooking bag.

PREPARATION OF THE BREAD
Cut the bread into thick slices, and, after placing them on a plate for cooking in the GOLOSO, season with a little olive oil. Then, start to warm the mussels for serving.
Time: 6 minutes
Type of cooking: Fan with Grill
Make sure the bread is nice and crunchy. It’s almost time to plate up!
PREPARATION OF THE BASIL DRESSING
First, though, you need to make the basil dressing. Blend the basil leaves with a drizzle of olive oil to get an emulsified dressing.
Then, arrange the mussels with their sauce in a bowl, place the toasted bread on the side, and, finally, flavour everything, according to taste, with the basil dressing.
