HOST 2021: WHAT GRATIFICATION!
We could not comment better on these 5 days of the hospitality fair HOST in Milan. An extraordinary experience that, in addition to consolidating our INTERNATIONAL APPEAL, has turned (as expected) into an exceptional SHOWCASE.
A unique opportunity to exhibit the best-selling MACHINERY and the latest ‘Made in CB’ NEWS, and to create, in our own way, an inviting STREET FOOD venue, complete with green area, recycled paper menu and delicious beers (FORST, of course!). The result? Ecstatic faces, super positive comments, and customers ready to convert themselves to MODULATED INFRARED COOKING.
The latter becoming a must, thanks also to the ultra-talented SHOW COOKING of chefs MISHA SUKYAS and ANGELO KOYFALAS. Two magnetic personalities, who, in front of an audience of curious fair-goers and experts, showed off both their skills and the undeniable advantages of this technique of cooking.
It is in this atmosphere of conviviality that our entire FAMILY came into contact with a huge number of stimuli and sector professionals.
A whole host of retailers, customers, and partners, who, day after day, pursue the idea of precise, virtuous and sustainable cuisine. A philosophy based on healthy, delicate cooking, able to best enhance every kind of product.
We would like to thank you all, from the very first to the very last, because, with your enthusiasm, your interest and the numerous orders placed at the fair, you have repaid every effort, every hour spent setting up a stand that, in addition to providing you with a glimpse into the FUTURE, sought to make you feel truly at HOME.
