Mini burger

Preparation

First, melt some butter in a saucepan. Add the water and brewer’s yeast to a planetary mixer. Blend these two ingredients well, and then add the flour and honey. Once all this is blended, add the egg, sugar, and, only after obtaining an even mixture, the butter and some salt. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover it with a cloth and leave it to rise for about 120 minutes.

Now, divide the dough into 8 x 80 g rolls and place them into a pan. Cover them with a cloth and let them rise for another 120 minutes. Finally, brush the rolls with a mixture of the egg and the sesame seeds, and bake them for 5 minutes at 220°C. Then lower the temperature to 180°C and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Now’s the time to make the burgers by combining the minced meat with some salt and any other seasonings. Then grill them, 4 minutes per side, on a high heat, until they are perfect cooked.

Finally, compose your tasty sandwich by alternating meat, cheddar, sliced tomatoes, lettuce and some ketchup and mustard.
