We fully respect the idol of the real Italian pizza, yet times have changed. In addition to the satisfaction of palates, which is of essential importance, health and respect for the environment can no longer be ignored. We manufacture electric lava rock pizza ovens ideal for cooking directly on the bedplate or in trays. The lava stone bedplate retains heat much longer and this ensures considerable energy savings. Moreover, it is more hygienic than traditional wood-burning ovens. Lava stones, in fact, are completely washable. What to say, CB electric lava rock ovens are a really smart solution that will be mouth-watering even for the most faithful lovers of good Italian “traditional” pizzas.

Now that the myth of the wood oven had finally resized, thanks to the CB electrical pizza ovens with lava rock, the risk of burning pizza has been banished. The fact that our bedplate is made of lava rock, assures more hygiene of the cooktop and a remarkable energetic saving. In fact, lava rock heat up quickly, mantains the temperature and can be washed. Ideal for both direct cooking and in baking tray cooking.
