Drain the mussels and deprive them of the byssus, peel the shrimps, cut and clean the squid. Wrap it all in thermal paper. Put the packet in a convex cage and cook in the FAST mode for 12 minutes. Strain.
Shell the mussels, serve with the squid and shrimps and dress the seafood salad with salt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and parsley.
